Spending time together designing your conservatory or orangery and ensuring that we get your design just right is the first step in building your dream. Our modern software and experience and your desires and requirements combine to generate plans for the exact room that you would like to see built on your home. Different ideas can be tried and discussed to provide the perfect final design. With the drawings finalised building of the base can begin. If required, we’ll take care of the planning permission and building regulation requirements and build the base as specified. This can often involve additional building works such as laying patio’s and paths, removing walls or built up area’s of garden and building retaining walls. When this is finished we can complete a final survey that provides the measurements to manufacture the conservatory to the specific base sizes. The conservatory is then manufactured as we believe this makes for a better finished product with it sitting better on the base. Skilled craftsman back in the factory then take over to build shell. When they have finished it is sprayed the colour of your choice and protective coatings are applied to maximise protection from the elements. All components are then careful wrapped and prepared for transportation. We will keep you up to date during the manufacturing process and arrange a date that is convenient for you to have the conservatory delivered. We can then begin it’s installation and our skilled fitting teams ensure that it is assembled with a touch of class. You will really start to see the build coming together at this point and feel the quality of the room. The sound installation and finish is all important of these finely made components. We have listed on the left some of the standard features that our conservatories and orangeries benefit from. The installation is complete with complimenting lead work sealing the conservatory to the existing walls, the roof and windows glazed and conservatory sealed to the walls. We can then concentrate on the interior and the many options that are available to you. First fix electrics and plumbing can be completed as required. You decide how many sockets you would like, the number of lights and there location and add any other features such as air conditioning and electric roof vents. We can at this time also complete any additional work such as knocking through and installing new doors into the existing house. Plastering and making good can then begin to finish the new conservatory to the high standard we have worked hard to achieve. The final consideration is the flooring and we can of course help with this by introducing suitable tradespeople that we would recommend. With the build complete we then hand over to you to complete the decoration and furnish. You will then have a beautiful new living space that you and your family can enjoy for many years. A room that has been designed to compliment and blend in with its surroundings and provide a practical yet stunning new room to relax in.
